4. Location data
Süm uses location to power map-based experiences (event discovery, LiveSpots, and proximity features). You control location permissions in your device settings. If you disable location, certain features may not work or may be less accurate.
Tip
If you want discovery without precise GPS, keep location set to "While Using the App" (where available).
5. Data retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, including safety and abuse prevention, dispute resolution, audits, and legal compliance. We may retain some data after deletion where required or permitted by law.
6. Your choices and rights
Account controls: Update your profile and privacy settings in the app.
Permissions: Manage camera, contacts, notifications, and location permissions through your device settings.
Access, correction, deletion: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
